When you begin your job, we give you one month of training and onboarding, which involves shadowing one of our more experienced team members. We train you how to do whatever aspects of the job you need to know, such as using the equipment, driving a truck and trailer, and operating a snowplow.
Once you gain more experience, you can easily work your way up from the bottom. We actively promote people within our company. We even have the opportunity to increase your pay rate according to your gained experience and skills. We are proud to offer pay rates that are higher than the rates of other landscaping companies in the area.

As a professional landscaping company, we understand the importance of good equipment. We buy new equipment every two years, and we have our own mechanics to keep everything well-maintained and operating smoothly for better efficiency at the worksite. The overall safety of our team members is also important to us. We take measures to train our team members to use proper safety methods on the job.
